You can go by train if you leave by 00:30, otherwise your only other option is talking a taxi or walking. Taxisite.com estimates the late night taxi fee from Nanba station to Shin-Imamiya station at 1140-1240 yen. Depending on which part of Nanba your coming from, it might not take too long to walk. I once walked to Shin-Imamiya from Nihonbashi, and it took around 25 minutes.
