Pocket Wifi rent from GAC or affiliate?

So it looks like Japan-Rail-Pass.com also provides this service for renting a pocket-wifi. In their terms, they clearly mention their "partners Global Advanced Communications". I looked up the price for 30 days through JRP and it says $160 CAD. Meanwhile, the GAC site lists 30 days as 18950yen which currently converts to $214 CAD. Based on these sites: https://www.japan-rail-pass.com/services/pocket-wifihttp://www.globaladvancedcomm.com/pocketwifi.htmlIs there any advantage with going directly through GAC as opposed to through a third party like JRP? It looks obviously cheaper to go through JRP for this rental... If there's no difference, any tips for other sites where I can compare prices would be highly appreciated!

I rented from Global Mobile twice before, they have a super monthly deal of less than US$2 per day. Check them out. gmobile.biz

Do you know "the Japan-Rail-Pass.com" has NO relation to "Japan Rail Pass" ? They just use the similar (or identical ?) name.
