Mt. Iwaki in Hirosaki, Aomori

I saw the photos of road to Mt. Iwaki (Hirosaki, Aomori) which has many turns to the 8th station. (I saw someone called 69 turn/twist road.) I would like to go there for taking such photo (69 turns) but Ifm not sure there is any view point to take such photo. The photo that I saw seemed to be top view photo taken from the air (drone?). Has anyone ever gone there or have information? Please advise.
