Travel advise from Nobeoka to Takachiho

Will travel from Miyazaki to Takachiho late Oct. After taking train from Miyazaki to Nobeoka, will transfer to express bus from there to Takachiho. Does anyone know the updated bus schedule? The one previously posted is dated 2012. The previous one seems to suggest that there's a bus every two hours or so. Much appreciated. Susan
