Hostels with private room in Tokyo?

Hi,
Can anyone recommend any hostels with private rooms in Tokyo area?
Only seem to find dormitory rooms and twin rooms that need the double pay for the room (meaning it becomes more expensive than a hotel room).
As I have luggage (suitcase or backpacker backpack) + one smaller backpack, I need to store it somewhere and in a dorm it might be too bulky....

I used this place in Asakusa a few years ago, right next to Tsukuba Asakusa Station, also booked it for this coming december for 5 days as well as other Hotels in different location. They have shared bunks, or you can book individual rooms for one or two PAX at 4500 yen or 7200 yen, 7200 yen is for two person, they have private bath and toilet. http://www.toukaisou.com/index.html
