Best area to stay in Tokyo, 5 nights

Hi,

This might be a tough question with not a lot of background but me and my brother will spend 5 nights in Tokyo in November (3+2 with 1 night in Hakone in between). Itfs our first time in Japan and wefre looking to make the most of it both experiencing some cool locations during the day and probably try out some bars and other nightlife. So the question is pretty easy but I can imagine therefs a lot of opinions on it. Which area of Tokyo is the best for us to stay? Happy to discuss some options and give more information if needed. Thanks in advance.

Go with Shinjuku. It has the night life, convenience with transportations (including to and from Hakone) and everything else you can imagine (and sometimes more than you can imagine).
