I can`t find them anywhere. I am in Marunouchi / Ginza right now but will be moving to Takadanobaba. I want clean pressed shirts / suits!

Are you kidding? Everywhere! Look for クリーニング
signs. The shops usually have lrge windows and you can see the clothes on the racks. Around any station (even IN the stations) are services especially for the business men and women on the go.

That's pretty unlikely unless just by coincidence someone's local dry cleaner happens to speak good English. If I was looking for an English-speaking dry-cleaner I would probably start in Hiroo and Azabu as they are the high end ex-pat areas.
Do you need something very complicated done with your clothes?
