Car hire or Shuttle from Hakuba to Kyoto 2007/12/12 Nagano Considering other options to trains / buses between Hakuba (Happo-one) and Kyoto. 1. Is there a private shuttle service which 4 adults could hire to make the trip? 2. Is there a car rental service, where we could collect a car in Hakuba and drop off in Kyoto? There is one flight per day from Matsumoto Airport to Osaka's Itami Airport. However, there is no direct public transportation from Hakuba to Matsumoto Airport. However, they will not let you drop off the car outside the JR East service area, which does not include Kyoto. Of course, all companies have outlets in Matsumoto, many of which will let you drop off a car in Kyoto for a drop off fee. by Uji rate this post as useful
