Hotels in Osaka 2009/6/4
Osaka City
Hello everyone,

My friend and I are having a hard time picking a hotel in Osaka. It is between J-Hoppers Osaka and Asahiplaza Capsule Inn. We are two young female travelers and we are going to be in Osaka on October 14th, leaving on the 15th for Tokyo. They both seem the same distance away from Osaka station, but I have no idea which one is more walkable. I would like to stay at a capsule inn at least once during our trip, but if this one is really out of the way, then I guess it's tough luck for me. If it matters, we're going to arrive in Osaka at about 10 AM and our daily plans consist of going to the Kaiyukan aquarium and Spa World.

Thank you in advance for any advice!

different location, equally convenient 2009/6/4
-J-Hoppers Osaka
At the edge of Osaka's northern downtown(Kita), walkable from JR Osaka station(15 mins)

-Asahiplaza Capsule Inn
In the middle of Osaka's southern downtown(Minami), not walkable from JR Osaka, but still a good location for shopping, dining and night life.

To get to Aqualium, Spa world, and JR Shin-Osaka station(for Shinkansen to Tokyo), One hotel is as convenient as the other.
