Have an opportunity to see the Tigers play in their home stadium in July. Wondering how long it would take to get to from Kyoto Station to the Stadium. Using Hyperdia, when I put in the station name I found, it does not know the destination.. Help please.

I think you'd better expect at least one and a half hour. From Kyoto, maybe it's easier if you take JR trains to Koshienguchi and then Hanshin bus to the stadium, compared to the route via Osaka / Umeda. (The platform of JR Osaka Sta. is on the 3rd floor, while Hanshin Umeda Sta. lies on the basement; there's a long way between the station gates.) Anyway, time needed for transfer is unforeseeable, and roads around the stadium may be crowded with cars and people.
Route: Kyoto Sta.-- Amagasaki Sta. -- Koshiengichi Sta. -- Stadium; Time: Around 1 h 30min. Fare: 1100 yen (JR : 890 yen, Hanshin bus: 210 yen); s [Kyoto] (of JR): Track 4 or 5 for åã [Osaka], Om{ [Sannomiya]; | About 35 min. by Võ¬ [Special Rapid] train; òè [Amagasaki]; | About 10 min. to wait; | About 5 min. by Local train; bqû [Koshienguchi]: South Gate; | About 5 min. on foot; JRbqû (of Hanshin bus); | About 10 min. to wait; | Within 3 kilometers; ã_bq [Hanshin Koshien] (of Hanshin bus); | On foot; ã_bq
ê [Hanshin Koshien Stadium].
