Yes, there are both, daytime and overnight buses between Osaka and Matsue:

They depart from Osaka Station. If the bus is not booked out, you should be able to buy the ticket just before departure at the bus terminal.

Bus from Osaka to Matsue 2 2009/6/14
First of all,

Thank you very much for the answer! It helps a lot!!!

When you speak about "Osaka bus station" you mean Shin-Osaka/Umeda? So I should take another train from Kansai airport to these stations? Do you know what are the best way to get there?

Unfortunately I can't understand Japaniese..can you please tell me what is the difference between the first two bus time tables you've sent me in the link?
Do you know whether I can get the English version of the timetable?

Thank you one more time! (:

When you speak about "Osaka bus station" you mean Shin-Osaka/Umeda?

The bus stops at both Osaka/Umeda Station and at Shin-Osaka Station. The exact location in Umeda is
"Hankyu Sanbancho" bus stop in front of the Hankyu Umeda Station:

So I should take another train from Kansai airport to these stations? Do you know what are the best way to get there?

The options are explained here:
http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2033.html

I personally would probably take the direct JR rapid train from Kansai Airport to Osaka Station.

can you please tell me what is the difference between the first two bus time tables you've sent me in the link?

The first is from Izumo to Osaka and the second is in the opposite direction.

o‰_Žs‰w means Izumo-shi Station
Œ]‰w means Matsue Station
V‘åã means Shin-Osaka
ã‹}”~“c ‘åã means Umeda/Osaka

ã‹}’†, ‘JR and ˆê”š refers to the operating bus company (can be ignored).

Do you know whether I can get the English version of the timetable?

I am not aware of an English version.
