When to see Lavender? 2009/6/28
Furano
Anyone knows if I can see full bloom of lavender around 11 July? Any other things I should not miss on my trip to Farm Tomita?

You will be able to see the lavender in bloom. The fields are already becoming bluish these days:

The farm has lots of lavender related goods on sale. And other flowers. There are good pamphlets and signs which ensure that you will not miss anything important.

Lavender East 2009/6/29
While visiting Farm Tomita, don't miss out their Lavender East which was newly added last year.

Farm Tomita has its own separate tractor pull cart. The one in Lavender East costs 500 yen for adult, 250 yen for students above the age of 4, free of charge for chldren under 3. You can see its purple rectagular route on the attached map with the purple dot indicating get on/off spot:

Thank you. You have been most helpful to non-Japanese speakers. I'am more interested in visiting the original farm Tomita but could not see any tractor-pull route map in their English site, so could you show me a similar route map with the on/off stops at the original farm Tomita ?

Farm Tomita doesn't seem to have a route map for its tractor pull cart. All it says is that it's the same type as the lavender bus in Lavender East. Cost is the same and the ride is about 15-20 min.
