Prepaid sim cards? 2009/7/10 Yes, another post about prepaid sim cards for mobile phones, I'm sorry, but I can't find any recent information. I'm heading over to Japan, and have a working holiday visa, will get alien registration, etc etc. I currently have a 3G iphone that I'm hoping to use over there. I'm wondering what prepaid sim cards are available, and what the rates are. Also, whether internet or email is available, and how much it costs? Also, how do you go about buying them, can you buy them at 7/11's etc? Is it possible to buy the SIM card without the phone, or only when you buy a prepaid phone?
