Receiving international call - Docomo? 2009/7/15 United States On Docomo, do you get charged extra to *receive an international call from another (U.S.) cell phone on your ketai? It seems that that the person calling should pay all the charges and the person receiving would just use minutes; however, I thought I remembered someone telling me a few years ago that that in Japan the receiving person has to pay extra, too? by Dave (guest)   ... 2009/7/15 No, in Japan the recipient of calls never has to pay unless it is a collect call or the recipient is using some strange phone service. by Uji rate this post as useful
