one quick Q about LEX train and jr pass

In the timetable, it says ''covered by japan rail pass'' on the left. Do i have to pay (A) and (B). There is no mention of w/ or w/o JR pass on the fee chart. Thanks!

BTW, im going from Aomori to Akita.

The ordinary Japan Rail Pass covers A and B. The green car Japan Rail Pass covers A, B and C.
