My travel mate and I want to visit Nikko and surrounding (Lake Chuzenji and maybe Yumoto Onsen too) for 2 days. What’s the best option to buy the “All Nikko Pass” and pay extra for sights like Toshogu Shrine, Futarasan Shrine, etc., or to organize the “World Heritage Pass” and pay extra for transports?
