Kawaguchiko to Kyoto, two Options ? 2009/7/21 Fujigoko Does anyone tried out to get from Kawaguchiko St. via Otsuki St. to Kyoto (north route)? I recognized that this way is spry used by Nozomi-trains. A lot of travellers use the southern route (Kawaguchiko St. – Mishima – Kyoto by using the Tokaido Shinkansen). Which route would you recommend a JR-Pass-holder? In the forum exists a lot of Links for Fujikyu Bus – timetables, for example this one: http://www17.plala.or.jp/climb_fujiyama/Fujikyu%20Bus%2... All shinkansen trains, including Nozomi and Hikari travel via the Tokaido Route. In the forum exists a lot of Links for Fujikyu Bus – timetables.
