Conversion of tourist visa to Dep.visa? 2009/7/22 Dear all,I am an indian and at present working in Osaka on work permit visa. I am planning to call my wife to japan. Can I call her on tourist visa(max. 90 days) and then approach immigration office to convert to dependant visa (for long term stay with me)..?Please let me know a solution. It seems it takes more than a month in India to get a dependant visa....waiting for a suggestion from anyone.. by sanjib (guest)
