It sounds like you are visiting Hakone.

staying at prince hotel, going for the lake cruise and cable car only, as well the local transport to/from this two place.is that worth to have the pass for 2 destination plus local transport?

Yes, but note that access to the Prince Hotel is not straightforward with the Hakone Free Pass. Quite a few of the buses to the hotel are not covered. I think the best way of access, using the pass would be by Odakyu bus from Togendai.

Also note that the cable car between Gora and Togendai ("Hakone Ropeway") is fully covered by the Hakone Free Pass, but the cable car up Mount Komagatake (nearby the hotel) is not fully covered.

Likewise, note that the pirate ship shaped sightseeing "Hakone Sightseeing Boats" that operate between Hakone-machi, Moto-Hakone and Togendai, are covered by the pass, but that the "regular looking" sightseeing boats that also stop near the hotel, are not.

So, if you intend to take the Komagatake Cable Car and the cruise to the pier near your hotel, the Hakone Free Pass will not be valid.

In that case, it might be better to use the "Hakone Smile Coupon", which is valid on all the Prince Hotel related buses, ships and ropeways:

is it worth ??? 2009/8/7
1)i think i got the idea from gotemba premium outlet, is it shuttle bus from outlet to gotemba , then odayu highway bus from gotemba to sengoku, then take another hakone tozan bus to odawara, is it the right way? how about the time table? is it both route covered by hakone free pass?

2) now i left the route problem will be prince hakone to the premium outlet, please guide, the best will be the bus covered by hakone free pass.

3) in actual, the prince hakone is near to which station, which bus line ( covered by hakone free pass ), in this case i may got better idea.

thanks

how to go gotemba station? is any bus cover by hakone free pass is going there from hotel?

The Odakyu bus (covered by the Hakone Free Pass) stops not far from the hotel and goes all the way to Gotemba Station from where you can catch the shuttle bus to the outlet.

from gotemba to odawara? is it must transit at a station before going to odawara?

You can take several routes. There is an infrequent direct Hakone Tozan Bus from the outlet to Sengoku and Gora Station. You could transfer to a bus bound for Odawara Station at Sengoku or to the Hakone Tozan train at Gora.

how to go to the pirate ship boarding point and the cable car boarding point ( both covered by hakone free pass ) from hotel prince?

The Togendai boat pier is just a few steps from the Hakone Ropeway station. Both are covered by the Hakone Free Pass. The Komagatake Ropeway and the sightseeing ship that stop at Hakone-en near the hotel are not covered by the Hakone Free Pass, though.

in actual, the prince hakone is near to which station, which bus line ( covered by hakone free pass ), in this case i may got better idea.

The Odakyu bus is the only means of transportation near the hotel that is covered by the Hakone Free Pass. The other buses (Izuhakone Bus), the sightseeing boat at Hakone-en and the Komagatake Ropeway are not covered.
