Dear visitor, if you know the answer to this question, please post it. Thank you! how to get to Hilton Osaka from KIX? 2009/8/6 Osaka City I have a JR west rail pass. I will arrive from KIX and plan to go to Hilton Osaka hotel by train (that can use JR west rail pass). 1)Could you tell us which is the most conveninent and fastest way to do that? 2) Once I exchange the JR rail pass then I can just get on the train? no need to get another ticket before getting on board? thank you by worrior33 (guest)   KIX to Hilton 2009/8/6 There are two types of JR West pass - Can i presume you have a Sanyo pass (4 day or 8day)? If so then the FASTEST way is to take the Haruka express to Nishikujo station (45mins) and then take a taxi - 1500yen(ish), 10mins. Or you could take a local train from Nishikujo to Osaka station (next to Hilton) OR: take the slow JR train from KIX to Osaka station - 70mins If you have a Sanyo pass then you can either sit in non-reserved seats on the Haruka or make a seat reservation for free - worth it.
