Dear visitor, if you know the answer to this question, please post it. Thank you! Question about computer 2009/8/8 I have a problem with my computer. I have Windows XP Pro on my desktop, and XP Home on my laptop. The laptop is about 2 years old, the desk top is less than a year old. I can input Japanese characters OK, but the IME pad, and help functions don�ft work on either machine. The IME PAD button does nothing. When HELP, Contents and Index, is accessed I get Cannot open the file: imjpcle.chm. I accessed the file imjpcle.chm with windows explorer and it works. Has anyone out there had this problem, and can give me a clue as to the cure? Thank you. by Ken (guest)   Move up 2009/8/9 In control panel where you input keyboards you want to use.
