I will be going to Kawaguchi this friday for two days one night. What is there to see or do at Kawaguchi? Any suggestions for the itinerary? I am planning to take the bus from Shinjuku West Terminal to Kawaguchi, is it necessary to buy the tickets in advance? Or is it ok if I buy the bus tickets on the day before departure? There are many things to do at lake kawaguchi.1st check into your hotel and explore the place. You will find there are so many things to do like jumping into the onsen. There is a tram/cable car ride to bring you up to the mountain, where u can take mount fuji as your back-drop.There is also a music musmeum which is very magnificant. You can also go for the boat ride in Lake Kawaguchi.. Remember to have dinner in the ryokan. Rare experience. Try having lunch in those small little shop..
