Hi all,I have graduated from a university, 2 years back, and have been learning Japanese for the past 3 years. I have a few questions as follows and it will be an honor if I could gather some thoughts around them1) Are there any university that allows international student(graduates) to take Japanese lessons within the university? The universities that I found mainly organizes exchange programs, and participants are to be current students.
2) I will like to be immerse in the culture and brush up my Japanese language, and am prepared to spend 1 year in Japan. Any Japanese language courses in universities or recommended language schools for graduate foreign students?I looked at Yamasa institute and Doshisha University, but there are some restrictions, such as courses up to 6months only in Yamasa and Doshisha's language school accepts students who are intending to study in Japan in the future.
The reason I'm looking at studying in Japan is to immerse in the culture (pretty much like everyone) and to really train to be fluent in conversations as I have been studying for 3 years, and honestly, not very confident in engaging in a Japanese conversation. Hopefully when I come back from Japan, I will be able to take JLPT 2 or 1, and combine my language ability with my future job.
Thank you everyone in advance, and hope to hear from you..
