The site http://www.japanrailpass.net/eng/en009.html mentioned about "Ticket Office" where i can turn in the E.O. Does that refer to ANY ticket office in Nagoya? Either Japan Rail Pass Exchange Corner from 10 h to 19 h or outside these hours at a ticket office. Expect to see a clearly written sign in English, you cannot miss.
