Weather of Hokkaido in December 2009/8/24 Hokkaido Hi May I know what's the temperature like in Central Hokkaido in early Dec from around 7 to 13 Dec? Is it generally below 0 degrees during the above period? 2) based on past few years record, how was the snowfall during above period, was there hardly any snow or just some occasional light snow or was it just raining? 3) will it suffice just to put on long john, long sleeved sweater for inner wear with an outer winter jacket over it? 4) Do u think we can endure the cold just by wearing long john with normal jeans & a pair of socks or is there a need to put on leg warmers on top of it? I assume you refer to the Asahikawa area. Average daytime high: 0 degrees Average nighttime lows: -7 degrees Average snow depth: 6 cm. Values might be very different in other parts and different elevations of Hokkaido. by Uji rate this post as useful
