Travel to Mt Fuji in Off season 2009/8/29 Fujigoko I will be in Japan in October 2009 and intend to do a day trip to Mt Fuji from Shinjuku on a weekday but it seems no buses run. Have i missed any bus info or will i have to go by train- could someone give me the timetabling too? There are 5 of use, 2 adults & 3 kids, we will have JR pass too. Does that mean if i go on the weekday, say Wed, i will have to train it there? Direct buses from Shinjuku to the 5th Station run only on weekends, but the buses between Kawaguchiko Station and the 5th Station run everyday.
