Most art museums in Tokyo have temporary exhibitions, some of which include impressionist art:

In particular, I recommend to check the the calendar of the National Art Center, the National Museum of Western Art and the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum.

I spent a memorable afternoon at the Bridgestone Museum of Art, which is not far from Tokyo Station. Good collection of Impressionist works, including pieces by Monet, Renoir and Degas.

The museum can be found at the crossroads of Chuo Dori and Yaesu Dori. Access is from Tokyo Station on JR (Yaesu Entrance), or Ginza Subway Line, Kyobashi Station (exit 6) or Nihombashi Station (exit B1).
