Dear visitor, if you know the answer to this question, please post it. Thank you! Onsen nearest to Tokyo 2009/8/31 Tokyo 23-ku Hi, I'm going to Tokyo in 3 days! So excited!! The only thing is I'm only going to be there for 7 days and I really want to visit an onsen - I'm going with my hubby for our one year anniversary so I want like an outdoor mixed bath kind of onsen that is close to Tokyo Does anyone have any suggestions?? I want to go there as a day trip and return to shinjuku at night where we will be staying any advice would be greatly appreciated! by gpoonta (guest)   Try this website 2009/8/31 http://www.secret-japan.com/onsen/ There is a list of onsens with icons to tell you which are mixed gender, doable as a day trip from Tokyo, have a nice view etc. , as well as reviews and ratings on them all.
