Dear visitor, if you know the answer to this question, please post it. Thank you! Kansai Thru Pass 2009/9/8 I read that Kansai Thru Pass is only available at certain times of the year. I tried searching through the Kansai Thru Pass website but can't find the available periods of purchase for 2009. I was also unable to find an email address on the website where I can direct my query to. Also, can I get the pass in advance prior to usage? Eg. If I plan only to use it on 14th Oct, can I purchase it (in Japan) on 11th Oct and activate its usage only on 14th or is it immediate activation on the date of purchase?
