I take the Keikyu Kuko train line 2009/9/19
We will be arriving at Narita in February 2010 at around 6.45pm is the airport limousine to city best option

I've had overnight transfers arriving in Narita and leaving from Haneda the next morning, and I find the train the easiest to get to the Toyoko Inn Otorii Honkan. The train is only Y1500 but requires one transfer along the way at Aoto. The transfer is on the same platform, so you just wait for the Haneda Airport train. You can get detailed times and instructions at the Narita information desk for the train you'd be using.

When you get off at Otorii, head for the east exit and when you leave the station the hotel is about 20 meters on your right.

There is a free shuttle from this hotel to Haneda Airport. The link is on another post.

There is also a Jonathan's family style restaurant across the street from the hotel.

If you take the airport shuttle from Narita to Haneda Airport (Y3000), you can take the train or a taxi to Otorii from there. The hotel shuttle bus can be used to get to Otorii if you ask at an info desk at Haneda.
