Train & Bus Travel using JR East Pass.

Hi
Are the following covered by JR East pass?
1) Train travel from Matsumoto to Nagano using LTD.EXP (WIDEVIEW)SHINANO orJR Shinonoi Line.
2) Train travel from Naoetsu to Uozu using LTD.EXP HOKUETSU, JR Hokuriku Line or LTD.EXP HAKUTAKA.
3) Train travel from Nagano to Naoetsu using JR Shinetsu Line.
3) Bus from Naganohara-Kusatsuguchi Station to Kusatsu Onsen.
4) Bus from Shibukawa Station to Ikaho Town.

No, the JR East Pass is not valid west of Naoetsu.

Yes!

No. Unlike the Japan Rail Pass, the JR East Pass is not valid on JR buses.
Bus from Shibukawa Station to Ikaho Town.
No, it is not even JR.
