I do know I can get a free GPS in the car but Japanese only. Is there any way to get one in English? I've Garmin nuvi GPS device. According to 2coo.jp web, there are only Nissan and Mazda car rentals in terminal 1 and 2. Where can I find Totyota in Narita as we need GPS in English, if possible. We will spend the next two weeks dring around the Tohoku region. We cannot understand the Japanenase language also but it was still a breeze using the GPS. As mentioned, U only need to input the destination tel number and U are all set. To ensure the general direction recommended by the GPS is correct, reference it against a map. I drove for 7 days and 2 days was in Toyko. Piece of cake. The menu are all in Japanese but if you read chinese characters, you should also be able to recognize most of the options. So, don't worry about the Japanese language portion. Please also remember to get ready the telephone no of the destination / sight-seeing places / restaurants / hotels that you are going. The GPS will give directions when tel no is entered.
