Tokyo rush hour question 2009/9/27 Tokyo 23-ku Hi, I will be going to Tokyo station from Maihama station on a Friday morning. As i will be traveling with a toddler, can anyone please advise what will be a good time to take the train? i do not wish to be caught in rush hour traffic. Is after 8am or 7am a good time?
