A part of Narita Express [N'EX] 52 is scheduled to stop at Ikebukuro except on 7 November 2009.
Please read "Notes" written above the timetable. Operation calendars are shown in pages linked from "Operation Date" in the two columns.
Another part is destined to Ofuna, running not via Ikebukuro. Many N'EX trains have two destinations; such a train is divided into two at Tokyo.
There are no N'EX train which has three destinations.
: My flight does not arrive until 8:20.
: Does this mean I can not get the N'EX Suica combo package since the JR Counters are closed at 8?
Then your flight will use Terminal 2 of NRT, right?

When JR East Travel Service Center in your terminal is closed,
find a Ticket Office nearby with this logo, which is open until 21:45.

(I hear that open hours of the Centers may be extended.)
If you can not reserve a seat in Narita Express 52, you can try another option:
catching a train of Keisei by 22:41, making a transfer at Nippori to JR-East,
and taking a train on Yamanote Line (inner loop), which departs from Track 11.
