Map for Subway lines & cost 2009/10/2
Tokyo 23-ku
i could only find the guide for JR lines, is there a complete map with JR and Subway lines?

I would need to take the Hibiya line from Ueno station to my hotel. Since I have 4 days in Japan, i intend to hop on and off, to visit shinjoku, ikebukuro, asakusa, tokyo- ginza, etc.

I know that there's a JR day pass that allow unlimited travel on the JR line. Is there a similiar one for Metro line? Can I still cover the same locations mentioned above by Metro?

Hope some1 cld help me out :)

Regards
Sam

Routes and fares can be looked up on hyperdia:

http://www.hyperdia.com

Here's a few maps that show both JR and Subways:

And as for your last question, there are a variety of day pass available for the tokyo area. See this page for more info:

All the places you mentioned are covered by TOKYO METRO (one of two subway opertors in Tokyo), the other subway is TOEI lines (4 lines). Tokyo Metro has 9 lines.

In fact your can visit your entire trip probably and never step foot inside a JR train.

If you are coming from Narita Airport, Narita Airport sells special discounted Tokyo Metro day passes.

However it depends on how much you plan to travel a day for a pass to pay off.

(NARITA AIRPORT passes)

**(Remember Tokyo Metro covers 9 of the 12 lines)
