lussi, The Keisei limited express is just a regular commuter train that misses out a few more stops. At busy times of the day, you may have to stand for at least part of the way, but as you will presumably be leaving Ueno at around 9-10 am I don't think it will be very full. If you are worried, you can always reserve seats on the Keisei Skyliner - which is more expensive, but guarantees you a seat and peace of mind.
