Koyo in Kansai on 10-17 Dec 2009 2009/10/13 I and my husband have planed to travel around kansai (kyoto,osaka,nara) around 10-17 Dec 2009 to enjoy koyo season I've tried to search forcase of this year but it's japanese. I couldn't understand it. I've wondering that base on your experience and forecast of this year, - Koyo around Arashiyama still colorful or not ? Or it gonna fall already ? - Koyo at Minao (Osaka) still colorful or not ? Or it gonna fall already ? Thanks everyone in advance :-) Gopher by Gopher (guest)   ... 2009/10/13 I've wondering that base on your experience and forecast of this year, So far the koyo this year seems to be about a week ahead of its regular schedule, but it is too early to make forecasts for koyo. Koyo around Arashiyama still colorful or not ? Or it gonna fall already ? In the usual year, the peak will have long passed. Around the 10th some colors might still remain, but the main bulk of the season will have passed. I think Mino will be about the same. by Uji rate this post as useful
