Tsugaike Panoramaway open in November? 2009/10/15 Nagano We'll be visiting the Hakuba area in the last week of November. Can anyone tell me if the Tsugaike Panoramaway cable car/ropeway will be open at that time? Someone said that it might be closed for maintenance since it's between the autumn and ski seasons. Would appreciate any info and/or web site with their timetable. Thank you. by Jon (guest)   ... 2009/10/15 Looks like the cable car will be open, however the ropeway closes towards the beginning of November. http://www.tokyu-hakuba.co.jp/english/ The ski area will probably not open until the end of November depending on snow conditions. by geogeek1 rate this post as useful
