Yes, the Tokyo-Kyoto-Osaka route is one of only a few routes on which the Japan Rail Pass is valid on JR highway buses, including overnight buses. Does the bus come with a toilet? Yes. I think the pass is supposed to be valid on any JR bus between Kyoto and Tokyo, especially on the "Dream" and "Seishun Dream". I think it should also be valid on the "Premium Dream" buses, but I am not 100% sure. Do I book and reserve the tickets in the same way as I reserve the JR tickets?
