Good Fugu Restaurant in Osaka 2009/10/20 Osaka City hi, does anyone have a gd recommendation for eating fugu in Osaka? I have gone through several suggestions and I can only find information on Zuboraya and there was a couple of mention on this other place called Taka, but not sure where is it located. Would appreciate if anyone out there has any good recommendation (we hope to cap it at 5000yen for lunch).
