Can someone please tell me the cheapest way to get to Ueno (Shin Okachimachi station) from Narita Airport Terminal 1? Thanks!!!

By direct Keisei limited express train (1000 yen, 75 minutes, departures every 20 minutes). This train gets you to Ueno Station, from where it is about 1-2 kilometer to Shin-Okachimachi Station. The cheapest way would be to walk this distance.
