Tobu World Heritage: Buy on depart day? 2009/11/3 From Tobu official site, those who want to get World Heritage pass must reserve the ticket at least about 4 or 5 days before departure date. Since I just have decide to go to Nikko the day after tmr (quite suddenly), I'd like to know if I can purchase it at the Tobu counter at Asakusa station? I saw that it can be purchased at ''the Tobu Sightseeing Service Center and the ''Tobu Travel'' travel agency in Asakusa Station, Tobu's main station in central Tokyo and at the Tourist Information Center near the Nihonbashi Exit of Tokyo Station.'' Are these also a reserve in advance system? I believe this applies to online purchases only. If you go there in person (Asakusa or Tokyo Station), I am pretty sure that you can buy them at any time, even on the day of departure.
