as staying at tokyo for 2 weeks and may buy a lot of packed drink/food. Does lawson 100/99 plus store much cheaper than those family mart/7-11?

Yes, bec the items sold at Lawson 100/99 Plus cost only 104yen while Family Mart, 7-11 etc are your typical convenience stores.

There are a lot less Lawson 100 and 99 stores than there are regular C-stores, but many regular 100 Yen stores also sell drinks and packaged foods.
