But on busy days or at stations with a chronic lack of lockers, they might not. by Uji rate this post as useful lockers 2009/11/7 In my experience, if you can't find a locker outside the station entrance, there are more lockers scattered inside. Of course there are less of the large lockers than small. I had no trouble finding lockers at Shinagawa, Kyoto, Hiroshima stations during last years visit.
