Staying in Asakusa

Hi,

When I search for Hotels in Asakusa, I realised that there are two Chisun Inn Asakusa.
What is the different? Anyone stay there before, can provide me some advise? Is there bathroom in each room? The price looks reasonably ok.

Any other hotels to be recommended around Asakusa? My budget is very low, around 4000yen and below for each person. (we are traveling in two)

I think there is only one. or One is in Asakusa, other is in Ueno?

The hotel's website says yes.

I saw the name Chisun Inn Asakusa in Google Map. One is near Kaminarimon and another one is quite a distance away from the Asakusa station. Any one can advise one this?
