1) at the bus terminals in Sapporo (Chuo Bus Terminal and JR Sapporo Station Bus Terminal).

2) by phone (011-231-0600) and then pick them up at one of the above mentioned bus terminals, but there might be no phone service in English

3) by internet, but it requires Japanese reading skills

4) at automatic machines at convenience stores nationwide (Lawson, Family Mart) that require Japanese reading skills, but if not too busy, a kind convenience staff member might be able to help

5) through travel agents nationwide, e.g. JTB

富良野駅前 refers to Furano Station
時計台前 refers to the clock tower in Sapporo
北２条西３丁目 is another bus stop in central Sapporo between Sapporo Station and Odori park
札幌駅前バスターミナル refers to the Sapporo Station Bus Terminal

The bus stop in front of Furano Station should be easy to find.
