I'm planning to go to the Baika Sai festival at Kitano Tenmangu (mentioned here) on the 25th of February, does anyone have any information about timings for the geisha and maiko?
Are they there all day or do they just appear for a short time? If so, what time?

i read from another thread that limited available tickets are required to watch the ceremony? Any idea how to get the tickets?
