Travel from Asahikawa to hakodate in car

Can i rent a car from Asahikawa airport and return it at hakodate airpot?

I have searched some websites but have to return the car in the same place.

Sorry, I misread your question. As for the type of car, I don't know. Considering the number of people (and luggage?), I guess it will have to be a mini van.
