My friend and i will be goin to Japan in 6 days time, below will be our itenerary

17/03 (Wed)
Arrive at Narita 0730 hrs
Stay in Asakusa
- Imperial Palace
- Akihabara
- Ginza

18/03
- Asakusa Sensoji Temple (Golden Dragon Fest)
- Tokyo Tower
- Roppongi
- Shibuya

19/03
- Hakone

20/03
Arrive at Hakata Station – Check in Hostel
Take the subway or bus from hakata station to Momochi lamp
- visit Momochi Beach
- Fukuoka Tower
- visit Ohori Park
- Fukuoka Castel Ruins

(at night)
- Canal City
- Tenjin area

21/03
- Huis Ten Bosch

22/03
Stay in Hiroshima
- Visit Miyajima Island

23/03
Hiroshima
- Visit Peace Memorial Park
- Hiroshima Castle
- Shukeien Garden

24/03
Stay in Osaka
- Osaka Castle
- Minami (Namba) Area

Osaka
- Visit Universal Studio
- Night Shinsekai area

Side Trip from Osaka to Mount Koya

Stay in Kyoto – Check in Hostel
- Visit Fushimi Inari Taisha (Japan Railway Inari Station (about 5 min. from Kyoto Station on the Nara line directly across the street from the Sakura-mon gate)

Back to Kyoto Station take Raku Bus
- 101 Kinkakuji
- 102 Ginkakuji
– Path of Philosophy – Nanzenji
- Early Evening, Gion Area (Bus 205 or 206 or 100)

- Harajuku
- Ueno
Other area for last minute shopping

Please let us know if there is anything else that we should add or remove from our plan? Individually we will be bringing about 100000 yen spending money. JR Pass and accomodation is covered. Do you think this is sufficient for the trip? Any suggestion or comments will be much appreciated, Thanks!

It looks good to me. if you have not done so already, double check the travel times between destinations, as some journeys are very long, e.g. from Tokyo to Hakata.

I personally would drop Koyasan. I think it is not worth the effort of access unless you stay overnight, which you do not seem to be planning.

Individually we will be bringing about 100000 yen spending money. Do you think this is sufficient for the trip?

It entirely depends on your dining and shopping preferences. But for the average traveler it should be enough.
