Working holiday visa - What to write?

Hi,
I am Canadian citizen, and I've always been interested to go to Japan. It is a big dream for me. I've been working at an insurance company for the past few years and I'm considering to apply for a 1 year holiday visa.
I'd like to know what other people have put in their form as their holiday schedule. I'm curious as I would simply like to live in one city and visit it, and work at the same time, and go to unscheduled trips. I fear my plan is too simple and would be rejected at the consulate.
Thank you.

I am 3 weeks in to my WH atm and my plans were very similar to yours.
on my form I wrote 2 - months in tokyo, part time english teacher, experience culture, learn about japanese business etc...
2 months shikoku, learn shorinji karate, haiku etc...
none of this I plan to do, but got me the visa none the less.
